I have to do full, long steps on my Lifestep 5500,...

I have to do full, long steps on my Lifestep 5500, almost extreme stepping. Is there a fix for this?

0 Me too. I have to increase the level to 12 to even due normal steps otherwise there is little resistance and only long steps. I wish I knew what to adjust or part to replace.
