La Crosse wrist watch...

I had the battery changed on one of your wrist watches. There is no model number anywhere on the watch, at least not on the outside. I bought the watch from Sportsman's Guide a few years ago. After the new battery was installed the watch show the following: - : - - with the dots pulsating. How do I get it to show the correct time?
