It will not power on at all. I took the cover off and the control board has a few lights that are on. If u move the safety magnet you can hear the relay click on the board and the light on the board will go on and off. Spin the motor by hand and the speed control light on the board will flicker according to speed. I see no burnt parts and replaced both fuses on board. Now what??
