My Ascender's TV Display works fine, but I cannot get the sound to work at all. There is a mute button on the exercise display screen, but I can't find anywhere how to turn the mute off. I have maxed out the volume but there is only a constant buzzing sound. I can't find it in the owner's manual and the customer service line could not help. Does anyone know how to fix this?
