hi email adress jdrob10@aol.com/ no power when plugged in my thought is either the power supply or the power connector on the unit is broke. when i insert the plug into the power connector on the ascender the connector feels loose. the coonector location on the ascender is in a exposed location. my thought were the cable was knocked and broke the connector in the ascender any thoughts or suggestion?
