When I plug in the transformer there is a clicking...

When I plug in the transformer there is a clicking noise that is emitting from the small blue motor that has a tension wire into the gears. It is clicking because it is unable to turn and the wire seems to be out of the groove and there are 2 grooves on the white knob sticking out of the blue housing. .
