Question About Impex Home Gym MS-60
Tension Adjustment...

How do you adjust the tension?? Adjusting the tension on the shocks is doing nothing to make it any easier to step. The tension on this stepper should not be this tight. This is not the first stepper I have owned. But it is the most difficult to use. Thank you for your prompt response.
