Question About Impex Home Gym wm 1400
instruction sheet...

We bought this a few years ago. Finally got my husband to bring it in. Now I can't find the exercise instruction sheet, that shows which exercise for different parts of the body? We have the owner's manual. Really need the instruction sheet to show what I need to do to work on. Any suggestions, please feel free to reply. Thanks
