I have had recent knee replacement surgery. I am using 3 pound weights at rehab. can you tell me what a weight plate is in pounds and what theslector stem weights. I started using just the slector stem for all my leg exercies and it seems heavy.Can't do as many reps as with using my 3 pound weight. Is there a way you can explain the resistance to me?
