Question About Image Treadmill IMTL315040
we got this image imtl 32504 from a neighbor that ...

we got this image imtl 32504 from a neighbor that moved, and when we plug it in nothing happened. We hit the reset button and it flashes on for a moment and then trips kind of like a breaker.... not sure whats wrong with it... any help would be great thanks.
