I have been charged on my debit card account 19.90...

I have been charged on my debit card account 19.90 dollars which is the price for two, I do not need two manuels in the first place, plus I have not gotten it to download. Please put that monies back into my debit account. or I am going to report this to the proper people. I still would like one manuel.
