Lube belt...

I have the Horizon T71 Treadmill. I had an error that said lube belt. I've bought the wand put the lube on face down did it twice - I've unplugged, turned on/off - I can not get it to turn on - it still says lube belt. Do I need to tighten the belt what can I do to get the lube belt to clear the machine and start

0 the lube belt is on my screen and the treadmill will not work. how do I correct this
