I can hear the motor run, it starts and stops acco...

I can hear the motor run, it starts and stops according to the elevation that I set it at, but it does not incline. Is it the incline motor? The gearing or tlransmission of the th incline motor? Either waynit should still be under warranty, I hope. Any ideas?
