we just purchased a Horizon SXS 5.7 from Sears. It seems like weights are missing and the top plate of the weights with the bayonet has a 2 in. gap from the rest of the weights. Base came with scratches. How do I go about getting this problem resolved. This was a birthday present and I want my son to be able to use this and do not want him getting hurt.
