I have a healthRider H 65 T... the incline isn't w...

I have a healthRider H 65 T... the incline isn't working everything else is working correctly... how do I calibrate or reset the incline for to work properly.... when you turn it on a goes up to 3 or 4 incline and it comes down without going all the way to 12 percent or degree incline
