HRTL20001 treadmill worked great for a few minutes, then started jerking every few seconds. Even after safety key pulled, treadmill would spin up briefly every few seconds. Took cover off base and vacuumed crud off power board, but now when I flip switch to 'on' (even with safety key out), treadmill spins up very fast and there is arcing in the motor. Is there a fix?
