Question About Gold's Gym Treadmill Trainer 480

nothing on my board works other then hitting the speed numbers, no incline, no weight los program, no workout performance . Cannot adjust the speed w/the arrow up/down & the same with incline. I don't abuse this machine & had it only 3 1/2 yrs. Whats wrong???
