I would like to understand the workout select option. I had set my GGTL39608.4 trainer 480 treadmill . When I setthewokout selection 30 minutes and 2.5 speed. I began to walk after almost 5 minutes, the tread mill increased speed tremendously. I jumped off. I want to know if you have manual that explains workout select.
