Question About Gold's Gym Home Gym gc494
Instructions?...

We have the owners/assembly manual for this gym that was purchased at a yard sale. What we don't know, is how to properly use all of the features for a proper workout. Is there a instructional manual or workout sheet for this gym that shows how to use the equipment once it is set up?
