Need manual of exercises that came with this exercise machine, has wieghts that fit on round shafts on either side of shaft where it slides up and down attached to pulleys

0 The company that produced this piece of equipment, Fitness Acquisitions, is no longer in business. They have been out of business for roughly 10 years. My best idea to find the exercises that go with this machine would be to get on eBay or maybe do a Google search.
