how do I reset the time? I have a freestyle FS812...

how do I reset the time? I have a freestyle FS81216 in blue. I have gripped the button with a pliers and it does not pull out. No information on this watch came with it so I have no idea how to set the time nor how to use the features that it has, or even which features. Thanks!
