need help...

hello, i bough this eliptical on kijiji and after a few days the tensioner doesn't work. i was hoping to find a manual or something to learn a bit more about how the mechanism works so i can see if i can fix it. do you have any suggestions as to how i can fix my elliptical? thanks Kyle
