Question About Epic Fitness Treadmill EPTL88105.0
incline at 12 and won't go down...

I was walking on the treadmill and had the incline set at 7.5. The incline itself stayed at 7.5 but the display read 12. I turned the treadmill off and started it back up again. The incline rose up to 12 and now it will not go down. Please help!
