My Epic A35E has locked up and will not move The iFit is...

My Epic A35E has locked up and will not move. The iFit is trying to download and update but it will not work. When I turn the elliptical on it sound like it is starting but then it does not move. The iFit says to power off and try again in 30 mins. The arms and pedals will not move.
