Electrolux Electric Cooktop Brand new unit has been sitting for a few years and finally installed for the fist time but it will not operate, controls just flash and beep.

0 I appreciate your inquiry, pmurph991! From what you have described your Electrolux cooktop is flashing and beeping after being installed. It may be a possible problem with one of your control panels or wiring harnesses. I would recommend performing a reset on your cooktop and you can do that by flipping the circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If you restore power to your cooktop and continue to have issues I would suggest contacting a professional technician to come out to perform a diagnosis.
