4 To set the time: 1) press MODE until on main screen (day of the week in top left corner) 2) Hold LIGHT/ADJUST until minutes starts to blink 3) Use ST./STP to move minutes ahead and LAP/RESET to move minutes back 4) To rotate to change hour, day, month, and year press MODE until desired category blinks. 5) Use step (3) to change hour, day, month, and year 6) When finished press LIGHT/ADJUST 7) To change other settings, like T2 or Alarm, follow the above starting with desired setting and step (1). LIGHT/ADJUST = top left button MODE = Bottom left ST./STP = Top right LAP/RESET = bottom right

3 held light adjust in for at least a minute several times and nothing happened. mine must be broken. Well, at least it's right half the year. It will just have to be my "summer work watch"

0 How do you stop it chiming on the hour? also it say CH2 on the top and that isnt on the instructions. Can anyone help?

0 I this wa a great help.. remember in some cases what is labelled on the watch does not match what is written here.
