0 Hit the Mode button 4 times. The seconds should be blinking. Using the Reset button push it until the hour or minutes sre blinking. Use the Start button to change the hours and minutes to the time you want it to be. Hope this helps.

0 After you are done changing the time hit the Mode button again to complete the time change.
