EN'S COLEMAN STAINLESS STEEL WATCH Model No. 40-844...

how does this wrist watch work? does it only use the digital numbers to tell time or it also uses the arm/hand/numeric signs to tell time, mine hand/arm signal is not working. please help for I am not sure if its just there for decorations
