I am trying to correct the date on my Citizen Eco...

I am trying to correct the date on my Citizen Eco-drive watch Model #BW0072-07P. It did not account for month of February with only 28 days. I cannot find my manual to see how to adjust the date and will appreciate any advice

0 I found the answer. You have to pull out the winding stem ( it needs a little force which I was hesitant to use - hence my request) and turn it backwards instead of forwards. That advances the date.
