4 Hi, my faforit watch for running since 1994. Setting the time: 1. With buttom MODE goto the normal time view 2. Then press buttom ADJUST (upper left) only once. The seconds are blinking. 3. Now with buttom MODE you can switch between seconds - minutes - hours - etc. 4. With buttoms "START-STOP" and "LAP-PITCH" you can change the value. 5.
