I need the manual for the older Bowflex manual; the XTL. It is assembled; I just need to know how to set it up for specific exercises. I don't need to be added to a list for future products, but you can send info on the hand barbells, which I am interested in purchasing. But please, nothing on machine upgrades. ( I couldn't send this form without signing up for the membership, in which I am NOT interested.
