4 Ok, I take back my previous post. The link does work, but you have to find it by clicking on Products (at top left), then customer support (scroll down a little on the left) then under Product Information, click on Assembly & Owners Manuals. They are free to download. Again, my apologies for the previous post.

3 if you get on you tube the workouts are on there i can't find the manual for free online. i hope this helps
