I purchased this item used but in great shape.I don't know how to put it together so i need a manual or a video to follow

5 The Bowflex XTL and the Power Pro seem to be the same thing. Try these links. One is for the owners manual, the other is the assembly manual. I had a hard time finding them until I realized only the names were different....

4 I bought it used as well. It is put together but would like to find a user manual with exercises.
