5 you can also go to body solid's website and get the manual I found this manual. Manual106.pdf

0 We just purchased (used) an older EXM 3000. We have the assembly instructions which I would be glad to copy and mail to you. We, however, did not receive any poster or manual showing the excercises, which I would like to have. If you have this portion, would you be willing to copy them?
