Why are there no instructions on the web for the 4...

Why are there no instructions on the web for the 40/8089 watch??? When I buy a wrist watch, I don't think I should have to buy the instructions on how to set it!!! Why isn't the 40/8089 instructions not on the web like the 40/8090????
