I did not get a manual with my watch, so I can not set anything on the watch.

3 I work at Armitron and saw your post. I'm sorry to hear that the booklet wasn't included in the packaging. If you call our customer service dept at (866)631-0342 and provide the 45/6967BLK style number, they will email you a PDF of the instructions.
