I misplaced the instructions for my Armitron MD069...

I misplaced the instructions for my Armitron MD0699 watch. I can't remember how to reset the date and cancel an alarm setting. Can you help? Can you tell me where to get a copy of the full instructions? Any help would be appreciated !!
