0 I have an instruction "sheet". See the picture. In case you do not understand the "Chinglish", Press and Hold the Mode kay until the seconds flash, press the Mode key again unti the time shows, then hour or seconds flash, then use the Start button to select what you want to change (it will flash), then use the Reset button to adjust the hour, munute, second, month or day that you have flashing.
