5 Hold the Set/Light button on the top left for about three seconds. The first item that comes up to be set is the Light. Press the Mode button until you reach the time change setting. When finished setting the time, you may push the Set/Light button once to exit and return to viewing the time. Hope this helps!

0 Hi my Adidas watch does not go onto the Light setting instead it goes to the 24hr ON or OFF setting when I want to change time. what should I do?
