Question About Acumen Heart Rate Monitor cr2032
Not sure how to set up for myself...

BASIX Plus EX I have had this monitor for years and forgot I had it. when I came accross it again I noticed the lettering on the face of the watch is worn off. I am not sure how to set the watch up for myself. I am a soon to be (Feb 09) 44 year old woman and I want to set it up so I can use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated
