I have aquired a schwinn 701s home gym type machine. It works great, I just dont know how to use all of it. Would like to find a manual to explain all the excerises that can be done on this machine thanks for any and all info I can get

Hey! if you happen to see an assembly manual,let me know.We took our home gym apart to move it---and can't remember how to re assemble it... I will check and see if I have the manual you need though.....

Evidently I folded the machine up with the incline set at 1.0 and when I try to turn it on it just keeps adding to the incline and will not stop - I have unpluged it and that did not work - no other buttons I push respond

I found the solution in the user manual. I had to let the incline continue to increase to the max then it decreased back to zero.

Product Problem: Incline stuck in up position

My NordicTrack treadmill works fine except that the incline is now stuck in the most upward position. I have tried to recalibrate the incline by pressing any of the incline buttons with the key in the console. This is supposed to start the incline moving and then you are supposed to remove the key and reinsert in a few seconds.

This does not help and it is still stuck in the up position.

When I attach the key to use the treadmill, all it does it continuously raise the incline all the way up and then all the way down.

I emailed customer service about this problem and received a prompt reply which solved the issue for me. www.workoutwarehouse.com I had to press stop and speed up while inserting the magnetic key to enter "calibration mode" then scroll through that mode to re-calibrate the incline. After I did that my treadmill is working normally again.
