Place the treadmill in Diagnostic Mode:
Display lights up; fails to respond to other buttons.
1. Remove the saftey lanyard.
2. Turnoff the treadmill.
3. Hold the DISPLAY and START key simultaneously and then release
them as soon as the display lights up.

2. Replace membrane. Part # 70113 (8700),
70111 (8700P)
Press each button one at a time. Confirm
that the appropriate code is shown on the
display for each button.
Do all the lights flash on, then off, and then show "PASS" on the display?
