FEATURES
1. Hour, Minute and Small Seconds display.
2. Date display.
3. Chronograph (Chrono) function with 60 second counter,
30 minute counter and hours counter - up to 12 hours.
REFER TO THE FOLLOWING DIAGRAM WHICH ILLUSTRATES THE
BASIC OPERATION AND USE OF THE WATCH’S FEATURES.
PRELIMINARY NOTES:
1. Hand setting - Pull the crown at 3 o’clock to position “III”. Turn crown to set
the hands to the desired time.
2. Date feature - When initially setting the time, remember that the date
changes at approximately midnight. For setting P.M. time, the hands must
be moved past 12 o’clock once more after the date changes. For months
having less than 31 days, the date must be advanced manually to the
number “01” at the first day of the new month. Avoid setting the date
between 7 PM and 12 PM, as the date will not change at midnight of that
day and will therefore need to be adjusted again.
3. The Seconds Hand for normal time is located in the small dial at the 2
o’clock position. The long second hand at the center of the dial is for
Chronograph seconds display only.
THE CHRONOGRAPH
BEFORE using this feature, the three Chrono hands (long second hand; small
dial at 6 o’clock; and small dial at 10 o’clcock) should be stopped at the 12
o’clock or “zero” position. If they are, proceed to the second section following
called “USING THE CHRONOGRAPH”.
If not, then proceed as follows:
a. If any of these hands are moving, push button “A” once to stop them. Then
push button “B”. If the hands move to the “zero” position, go to the section
USING THE CHRONOGRAPH.
b. If those hands are not moving, push button “B” once. If the hands move to
“zero”, go to the section USING THE CHRONOGRAPH.
c. If the hands do not move to the “zero” (12 o’clock) position, in steps “a” or
“b” above, then you must reposition (adjust) them. Go to the next section
called “Chronograph Adjustment”.
CHRONOGRAPH ADJUSTMENT
NOTES- 1.When adjusting the Chrono hands, each push of button “A” will
move the hand one increment, but holding the button “A” in will move the
hands rapidly. 2. If you wait more than 30 seconds to adjust the hands after
activating this feature (Step 2 below), you will need to repeat step “2” again.
1. Pull the crown at 3 o’clock out to position “III” (see diagram -hand setting
position).
2. Push and hold both buttons “A” and “B” at the same time. When the
Chrono second hand (long hand) makes one rotation, the hand adjustment
function is now activated.
3. Next, the three chrono hands can be adjusted using the buttons.
—The “A” button will move each hand into the correct “zero” (12 o’clock) position.
—The “B” button will activate the next hand in the sequence to be adjusted.
4. The adjustment sequence is as follows:

the 10 o’clock position.
