Motor Burnout?

I believe I have burned out the motor on my Pro Form 520x. It runs for 5 minutes then seems to overheat and shuts down. I would like to know where I can order parts or have someone look at it for me. I have misplaced my manual & would appreciate a new one if possible.

  • the treadmill base itself

    It seems as though the treadmill material base has separated from the roller and moves freely. I am not sure how to hook this up again so the speed of the tread is driven by the rollers again. Help....cannot locate the manual, had the treadmill in good working order for about 6 years.
