Bowflex Treadmill series 7 Series

Console Frozen

When I turn my Bowflex 7 Series Treadmill on, the console freezes and will not allow any of the buttons to function. I have powered down the treadmill with hopes of it resetting with no sucess. Have anyone encountered this problem and found a solution?
