New Balance Treadmill 1200/1400/1500

In the middle of using the fatburn program on my 1500, the incline went to 12 and will not change, i tried lowering the incline buttons and it is stuck and 12.

    I also unplugged the treadmill and turned it on and off. Is there a restart button. The machine is only 12 months old and I'm the only one who uses it. It's in great condition otherwise
