    If you call Nautilus co. they will try to email it to you. I was unable to open the attachment so I bought the new owners kit (dvd, wall poster and owners manual) for 12.95 and 7.00 ups shipping. I didn't think that was too bad...........anyway, the number is on the bowflex web site......Good Luck!
