stuck in incline

when inserting the key to the treadmill, the incline is stuck and keeps popping. I can't get it to stop and it won't do anything else. The belt want start while it's doind this. Any ideas?

  • i had the same problem ...

    the incline motor is probably the problem, it was on mine. i ordered the part and just now replaced it ... incline works great, now i got to figure out how to calibrate the speed ...

    I had the same issue on my XP 590. Resolution was to run through the re-calibration. http://www.iconservice.com/proform/faq_tread.html#5

    The service instructions under cover goes over the speed and incline calibration.
