Precor Treadmill M 9.1

Line Freq. Error

When I turn my precor m9.1 treadmill on, their is a error message across the screen that says "Line Freq. Error" . What is causing this problem? Please help!!

    I have a model 9.21s way that when I try to walk stops and shows me an error on the panel: # 1 mistake that means and needs to be done. thanks. my mail is arga190402@hotmail.com
