Soehnle Scale Body Balance Adria

i bought the adria modle wilst in sydney maybe 10 months ago,i didnt keep reciept thinking they would never fault.they were fine until one day i turned them on and instead of 0:0 they read anywhere between 57 and 58 kgs ive tried new batteries and they still will not start from 0:0,and i cant find any way to tare them back to 0.help me please

    I have the same problem. When I tap my foot on it, it comes up with 18 kilos. I can't help you but maybe because we have the same problem some-one might help us.

    I have exactly the same problem, and have also misplaced the receipt. Mine instead of zeroing sits at 25 -26 kg.
